Quality Assurance Engineer - Omada Networking

Overview

The company is seeking an experienced QA Engineer to join the Omada (formerly named "Enterprise Engineering") team. You will be part of a team that creates reliable, stable, and high-speed network access products and surveillance systems for enterprise users, providing user-friendly and convenient networking and NVR/IPC solutions.

Responsibilities

• New feature test design for networking devices and surveillance products
• Design, build, and maintain Testbed infrastructure
• Triage Automated regression failures and provide failure analysis to certify software releases
• Write clear procedures, bug descriptions and test reports
• Collaborate with the Research and Development (R&D) team to troubleshoot and debug issues

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, electronic engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience testing network and/or camera / NVR products and devices
• Good understanding of networking architecture
• Good understanding in security products & technologies like Firewall, NAT, IPS, and VPN
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to effectively collaborate with different teams

Preferred, But Not Required Qualifications

• Experience maintaining or administering global training systems or documentation libraries
• Language skills including fluency in English and Mandarin
