Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts
- Evaluate and analyze test results to ensure software quality
- Identify areas for regression testing and maintain regression suites
- Collaborate with IT professionals and stakeholders to define test strategies
- Provide excellent customer service and clear communication throughout the testing lifecycle
Requirements
- Proven experience with automated testing tools and frameworks
- Strong ability to evaluate and analyze test results
- Experience identifying and implementing regression testing coverage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong research and problem‑solving abilities
- Customer‑service orientation with a collaborative mindset
