About The Role
Rune Technologies builds mission-critical software for military logistics and sustainment. The flagship product, TyrOS, is an AI-enabled logistics command and control platform that provides commanders with a real-time view of sustainment operations.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of Quality Assurance, Test Automation, or Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) experience supporting modern web applications.
- Hands-on experience with Playwright or a comparable end-to-end testing framework such as Cypress or Selenium.
- Experience building and maintaining automated testing suites.
- Comfortable reading application code to understand changes and validate testing coverage.
- Strong understanding of regression testing methodologies and release validation.
- Ability to work independently and establish processes in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Excellent written communication skills, including bug reports, test documentation, and QA metrics.
- Strong collaboration skills with engineers and cross-functional partners throughout the software development lifecycle.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in defense technology, government software, or other highly regulated industries.
- Familiarity with GitHub Actions and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working with Kubernetes-based deployment environments.
- Experience performing accessibility, performance, and load testing.
- Experience validating APIs and backend services.
