Quality Assurance Engineer

About the role

Join CreativeTechy as a QA Engineer to ensure the quality of our software products. You will collaborate with developers and product teams to define standards, build test strategies, and validate the quality of our software.

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce quality standards for software products
• Develop and execute manual and automated test strategies
• Work closely with developers and product teams to identify and resolve issues
• Write clear test plans, test cases, and QA documentation
• Participate in the bug lifecycle management process
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Leverage AI tools to enhance testing processes

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in software quality assurance
• Proficiency with testing frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Postman, or similar
• A strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile workflows, and bug lifecycle management
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to ownership
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with AI tools and their integration into testing workflows

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Hands-on experience with testing tools and methodologies
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and ability to adapt to changing requirements
• Experience with continuous integration and deployment systems
