About the role
On a daily basis, the QA Analyst will collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to generate meaningful insights that support business decision-making. The position works closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, presents findings to management and stakeholders, and ensures data accuracy and integrity.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources
- Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support business decisions
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure business performance
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements
- Create and maintain databases, data systems, and documentation
- Perform statistical analysis to solve business problems
- Present findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency
- Complete other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
- 1-2 years of proven experience as a QA Analyst, Software Tester, or in a similar quality assurance role
- Experience with test case design, defect tracking, and reporting
- Familiarity with tools such as PowerBI, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality

Pay
The range for this position is $67,237.00 - $92,451.00 assuming full-time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
