About the role
The Quality assurance coordinator I is responsible for reviewing donor files and coordinating the release of confidential donor and recipient information to outside agencies. They also perform internal/external audits and assist in replying to audits from outside agencies. The coordinator participates in continuous improvement initiatives and demonstrates a responsible attitude towards continued professional growth.

Requirements
- Education and Experience:
- Required: Bachelor’s or professional degree, i.e., LPN, RN, PA, etc. Previous experience within an organ procurement organization, tissue bank, or the donation industry acceptable in lieu of education requirement.
- PREFERRED: Experience in healthcare field in ancillary capacity. One year of quality assurance or quality control experience in a healthcare or related field.
