Quality Assurance Coordinator for Residential Services

About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Coordinator to develop and oversee systems ensuring compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements for our group homes and apartments Residential Services program.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for audits
• Develop policies and procedures
• Oversee safety issues
• Submit reporting data to various agencies
• Ensure staff follow proper quality standards
• Work with residential directors and group home managers to meet DDS and regulatory agency requirements
• Ensure proper procedures are followed at STAR residential properties

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Supervisory experience in a residential or related setting
• Previous experience with the Department of Developmental Services preferred
• Strong multitasker
• Compassion and ability to see the potential in everyone
• Positivity and a team-player attitude

Pay

$58,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year

Schedule

Full Time Monday-Friday
