About the role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Coordinator to develop and oversee systems ensuring compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements for our group homes and apartments Residential Services program.
Responsibilities
- Prepare for audits
- Develop policies and procedures
- Oversee safety issues
- Submit reporting data to various agencies
- Ensure staff follow proper quality standards
- Work with residential directors and group home managers to meet DDS and regulatory agency requirements
- Ensure proper procedures are followed at STAR residential properties
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Supervisory experience in a residential or related setting
- Previous experience with the Department of Developmental Services preferred
- Strong multitasker
- Compassion and ability to see the potential in everyone
- Positivity and a team-player attitude
Pay
$58,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
Schedule
Full Time Monday-Friday
