About The Role
BerryDunn is seeking a dedicated and organized Quality Assurance (QA) Coordinator to join our ATAT Services Support team. This role is integral to supporting the firm’s Quality Assurance program by managing daily operational activities and providing direct support to the Quality Assurance Principal.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The QA Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring the consistency and quality of the firm’s processes and services, contributing to the overall success of the ATAT operations.
This is a remote position, with occasional travel to the Portland, Maine office for events and meetings. The role reports to the Director of ATAT Support Services and works closely with both the Director and the Quality Assurance Principal to execute key responsibilities effectively.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of administrative or technical experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); SharePoint experience preferred
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive attitude
- Excellent time management and prioritization abilities
- High attention to detail
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels
- Knowledge of office systems and administrative procedures
Responsibilities
- Manage the firm’s annual Independence Survey cycle, ensuring timely completion and providing data for reporting purposes
- Cook up the internal inspection process, including communication with participants and tracking progress to meet deadlines
- Plan and support QA events such as training sessions and virtual meetings, including logistics, catering, and material preparation
- Cook up quarterly QA liaison meetings, including scheduling, agenda setting, note-taking, and distributing summaries
- Schedule LLP Board meetings, prepare, and distribute meeting minutes
- Maintain and oversee engagement letter templates in HubSync, ensuring compliance with QA standards and coordinating updates
- Support engagement letter template updates and serve as a resource for HubSync-related inquiries
- Ensure monthly Accounts Receivable analyses are completed and share results with the QA Principal
- Maintain the QA 2nd Partner (2P) tracker, including sending weekly reports and providing quarterly guidance on upcoming needs
- Support Peer Review activities, including scheduling, logistics, and technology setup
- Perform additional administrative tasks and provide ad hoc support to the ATAT Support Services team as needed
- Collaborate effectively with team members within the ATAT Support Services team to ensure smooth operations
