Primary Position Objective

The Quality Assurance Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that the data presented during the application process for enrollment, is accurately presented and adheres to an established quality standard and in compliance with government and management directives.

Brief Description Of Duties

  • Review and proof read completed applications for enrollment process, ensuring accuracy for specific data entry for enrollment.
  • Scanning completed and approved applications into the CIS e-Folder database on a timely basis.
  • Appropriate follow up with potential applicants for missing application data, and follow up with Job Corps Staff to ensure application reviews are in progress, complete, and admission is timely.
  • Tracking folder progress through admission process.
  • Providing appropriate follow up with students upon arrival.
  • Report consolidation - Regulating and consolidating Admission Counselor weekly reports into a database.
  • May assist with the scheduling of Outreach Fairs, Expos, Community Meetings, and with execution of special Outreach events, orientations, and tours.
  • Proofreading, data entry, spreadsheet management.
  • Maintaining outreach calendars.
  • Aiding in the preparation of applications, ordering marketing materials and office supplies necessary for the department.
  • Completing weekly and monthly reports, required trainings, self-starter, and work as a team.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
  • Proficiency with advanced Microsoft Office applications including Word, Power Point, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Computer Literacy with basic computer functions, email, internet, and basic programs such as Adobe Acrobat.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all input.
  • High level of communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of conducting audits and maintaining compliance.
  • Experience: Minimum of one to two years related experience.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in education or similar field preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
