Quality Assurance Coordinator
Job Overview
The Quality Assurance Coordinator assures that all patient meal trays are checked accurately,
The Coordinator assures that tube feedings and baby formulas are prepared according to the correct standards for accuracy,
Correctly assembles and distributes specialized formula using sanitary techniques,
Maintains a neat and clean work area at all times,
Will also be responsible for stocking refrigerators and freezers according to proper procedure,
May deliver patient meal trays as required,
Demonstrates skills necessary to coordinate menu selections for pediatrics, adolescents, adults and geriatric patients,
Collects soiled trays from patients' rooms.
Qualifications
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Experience in a hospital Food Service Department
- Must have excellent customer service
- Preferred: Two years of experience in Healthcare Food Service,
Experience in preparing enteral tube feedings and baby formula,
Associates or Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Scheduling Requirements
Work Schedule 11:30 am - 8:00 pm, 12 pm -8:30 pm
Weekend/holiday rotation required

$17.33 - $20.80 per hour
