Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM. Compensation: $25/hr.
Pay Incentives
- Attendance Incentive – Up to $2,400 bonus for good attendance (refer to policy for rules and details).

- Step Increase Program – Pay increases by $0.50 after 90 days and again after 180 days (Material Handlers only).
- Certified/qualified Forklift/Walkie Rider/Cherry Picker drivers receive an additional $0.50 per hour.
- Certified/qualified Reach Truck drivers receive an additional $1.00 per hour.

About the Role
The Quality Assurance Coordinator will assist with the activity of the quality assurance department and staff, developing, implementing, and maintaining a system of quality and reliability for the organization's products and/or development processes.
Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor current programs in quality assurance as it pertains to distribution and processing as well as uphold the tenants of GMP.
- Assist with AIB/BRC programs, review integrated pest management system, and documentation compliance in Tracegains system.
- Assist in root cause/corrective action activities.
- Be a part of the internal audit team and participate actively in the scheduled food safety and facility GMP audits.
- Be a part of the food safety team, assist with maintaining the food safety plan, and update SOPs as required.
- Interact with other supervisors/managers within RJW to share best practices.
- Perform activities to support the quality system, quality policy, quality procedures, and work procedures.
- Ensure compliance of all Food Safety and Quality Programs including GMP, Organic, and CGMP.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of CFR for food, OTC, Medical Devices, Cosmetics, and Dietary Supplements for warehouse and transportation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external customers and auditors.
- Project management skills and proficiency in analyzing and interpreting test data.
- High School Diploma.
- 2+ years of working in a GMP facility (preferred).
- Strong communication skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
Skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Alchemy, and other software.
Physical Demands
- Regularly required to talk or hear.
- Frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
