Quality Assurance Coordinator
About the role
The Quality Assurance Coordinator collaborates with the Project Management Team, Installation Team, and Sales Team to ensure customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include addressing quality issues, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, and managing the punch list process.
Responsibilities
- Meet with Lead Installer and Project Manager (if applicable or Account Manager) prior to punch walk
- Inspect all furniture focusing on locks, drawers, task lights, and any electrified furniture pieces
- Photograph and document damages and missing product on prints in PlanGrid; mark all installation issues with tape (adjustments and alignments)
- Address issues from pre-punch and assure they will be resolved
- Punch with client and confirm all installation issues will be resolved
- Provide punch list to internal team and process paperwork for replacements within 24-48 hours
- Send Eats and Client Requests to internal team for Order Processing
- Host Weekly meetings to review CA and Warranty issues within assigned Market
