Quality Assurance Associate

Responsibilities

• Ensures items, orders, and systems meet established quality standards by conducting audits, identifying non-conformances, and recommending improvements.
• Examines and compares merchandise against the order ticket specifications once personalization is complete to verify the order has been completed properly before forwarding to Shipping for packing.
• Attends to detail, reads and interprets order tickets, and commits to quality.
• Achieves the accuracy goal of less than 2% by assisting the department in achieving this goal.
• Develops and maintains daily, weekly, and other reports related to production quality.
• Communicates with the supervisor on problems and needs.
• Develops and relays improvements to the supervisor.
• Promotes teamwork.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Able to use a PCAbility.
• Able to lift and move 25lb totes regularly throughout the shift.
• Able to stand for 8-10 hours a shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a similar role preferred.

Pay

• Daily Pay: up to 50% of your pay.
