Role Overview
We’re seeking a sharp, detail-oriented Quality Assurance Associate to help us deliver rock-solid, clinic-ready software for our next-generation neuromodulation device.
Key Responsibilities
- Test the Android app, web platform, and TMS device for functionality, regressions, and overall stability
- Manually verify interactions between the app and hardware TMS device
- Execute full QA passes on daily builds across platforms
- Write clear, detailed, and reproducible bug reports
- Re-test resolved issues and confirm successful fixes
- Maintain and update lightweight test plans and checklists
- Identify and communicate edge cases, corner conditions, and failure scenarios to the team
What We’re Looking For
- Attention to Detail: You spot inconsistencies and edge cases others miss
- Persistence: You can execute repetitive tests without losing focus
- Clear Communicator: You can write bugs and explain repro steps concisely
- Curiosity: You want to understand how the app, hardware, and workflows fit together
- Reliability: You take ownership of your work and follow through
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience manually testing Android devices and web applications. Experience with automation is a plus.
