About the Role
This role handles a variety of operational functions, including reviewing audit reports and participating in special projects. You will review and complete operational and core system changes related to depository products, interest rate adjustments, fee waivers, and charges to maintain high-quality client experiences. The position involves client data integrity maintenance, ensuring compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Complete product changes, fee waivers, CD renewals, and rate adjusters while validating proper approval.
- Participate in all required Compliance training, either online or in-house.
- Review and correct account or product specification errors.
- Complete data maintenance audits to ensure data integrity.
- Conduct audit reviews for various processes throughout Bank Operations.
- Uphold organizational values, including treating people with respect, working ethically, and accepting responsibility for actions.
- Demonstrate knowledge of and adherence to EEO policies, promoting a harassment-free work environment.
- Follow policies and procedures, completing tasks accurately and on time.
- Ensure workplace safety by complying with occupational health and safety standards and reporting unsafe conditions.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of banking experience.
- Knowledge of and adherence to state and federal regulations, including but not limited to:
- Regulation Z (Truth in Lending Act)
- Regulation B (Equal Credit Opportunity Act)
- Fair Housing Act (FHA)
- Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA)
- Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA)
- Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA)
- Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) in conjunction with the USA PATRIOT Act
- Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Customer Information Program (CIP)
- Right to Financial Privacy Act (RFPA)
- Community Reinvestment Act (CRA)
- Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Intermediate math skills, including calculations with whole numbers, fractions, decimals, rates, ratios, and percentages.
- Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work with general supervision.
Pay
The base salary offered is determined through a review of education, industry experience, training, knowledge, skills, and abilities, aligned with market data and other factors.
