Quality Assurance Analyst I

About the role

Performing quality assurance inspections for kitting and integration of C5ISR systems, equipment, and components. This position is contingent upon funding.

Responsibilities

• Implement quality control and safety plans as an engineering inspector.
• Inspect all phases of goods, services, or operations for conformity to established standards, specifications, and applicable regulations.
• Monitor performance requirements and identify specific areas to be inspected (scheduled and unscheduled) and determine inspection frequency.
• Maintain quality control files and document inspection results.
• Drive process improvement by updating inspection and testing techniques, instrumentation, and manufacturing methods and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering, technical, or business discipline and at least one year of relevant experience; OR
• Associates degree in an engineering, technical, or business discipline and at least four years of relevant experience; OR
• High School Diploma / GED and at least six years of relevant experience.
• U.S. citizenship and eligibility for a Secret‑level U.S. government security clearance.

Skills

• Quality assurance experience with C5ISR integration into air platforms and ground mobile systems.
• Experience with NAWCAD WOLF quality processes.

Pay

Estimated starting salary range: USD $63,150.00 per year – USD $105,200.00 per year, based on education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, internal equity, and market data.
