Position Overview
The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for reviewing residential program operations to confirm that services meet established regulatory and quality standards. This includes conducting audits, reviewing documentation, and supporting program development efforts in collaboration with the QA Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Congduct program audits within residential services to ensure compliance with DDD standards and regulatory requirements.
- Review program documentation including fiscal records, medical files, and Individual Support Plans (ISPs) to confirm accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Assist with the development and implementation of systems designed to support quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
- Support the QA Manager in the planning and development of new programs in accordance with applicable funding guidelines and licensing requirements.
- Monitor program performance and help identify opportunities to strengthen quality management practices.
- Participate in the development and delivery of training sessions for new employee orientation.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and quality expectations are met.
- Maintain organized documentation related to quality reviews, audits, and program monitoring.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in social sciences or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of one year of relevant professional experience.
- Familiarity with DDD licensing standards and regulations strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage several responsibilities and projects at the same time while maintaining accuracy.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with staff across departments.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to push, pull, or lift up to 50 pounds when necessary.
- Travel between office and program locations may be required.
