Quality Assurance Analyst

About The Role

ARSIEM is seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to support a federal Microsoft 365 Contractor Support Services program. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of contractor deliverables, monitoring performance against contractual requirements, and supporting continuous process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, technical documentation, and Microsoft 365 cloud services. This position is primarily remote, offering flexibility while contributing to critical government projects. Your efforts will directly impact the successful delivery of services, adherence to contractual standards, and overall client satisfaction. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting Microsoft 365, IT service delivery, quality assurance, or project controls in a large corporate or government environment.
• Experience reviewing technical deliverables, project documentation, schedules, risks, and action-item tracking.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 cloud services including SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Exchange Online, Teams, Power Platform, Copilot, Azure/Azure AD, Intune, and related services.
• Experience supporting quality control processes, performance metrics, corrective actions, or process improvements.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and deliverables.
• Able to complete IRS MBI/security onboarding and required federal security training.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and ongoing maintenance of the contractor’s Quality Control Plan.
• Monitor contractor performance against PWS requirements, deliverable schedules, quality standards, and QASP performance expectations.
• Review technical deliverables, reports, plans, schedules, and work products for accuracy, completeness, and quality.
• Aid in developing and reviewing project management documentation including the Project Management Plan, RACI chart, and Integrated Master Schedule.
• Track actions, issues, risks, mitigations, escalations, and customer feedback to ensure timely resolution and documentation.
• Support root cause analysis and non-recurrence tracking for work products that are defective, incomplete, late, or nonconforming.
• Cook with technical teams to ensure M365 deliverables and documentation meet contract requirements.
• Aid in Section 508 compliance reviews of deliverables, as applicable.
• Maintain objective evidence supporting successful contract performance and CPARS outcomes.
• Participate in bi-weekly and monthly reporting activities to ensure transparency and accountability.
