Quality Assurance Analyst

What You Will Do
- Working with customers and suppliers to review quality cases and disposition of material
- Analyzing incoming customer quality concerns
- Working Quality Cases assigned from Quality customer service
- Collecting non-conformance data and maintaining and updating quality system documents
- Preparing Quality Return POs for returned goods from customers.
- Containment of non-conforming material including validating and verifying on-hand material using standard calibrated gauges
- Identifying potential non-conforming material which has been shipped
- Issuing and managing proactive alerts to customers
- Interacting with Operations on operational cause defects
- Reviewing design prints and 1E specifications
- Issuing rejections and corrective action requests to suppliers while communicating updates as needed.

Summary
Pay Range $28.70 - $43.10
