Quality Assurance - 1st Shift

Tasty Brands LLC is a well‑established, fast‑growing national company with a manufacturing plant (Tracco LLC) in Owensboro, KY. The company produces sandwiches and meals for K‑12 students and other government programs, and also supplies high‑volume items for selected private‑brand retail customers. Committed to high‑quality products, food safety, and best‑in‑class methods, Tasty Brands is expanding its product lines, customer base, and manufacturing facilities across a coast‑to‑coast domestic supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inspection reports.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state laws, as well as company standards and specifications.
• Perform inspections across all stages of production.
• Identify areas for quality‑control improvement and implement new methods accordingly.
• Communicate quality or compliance concerns with urgency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Minimum of 1–3 years of inspection and/or production experience.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds occasionally.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret information.
