1st Shift- Quality Assurance Tech

Key Responsibilities

• Maintains compliance with food safety, regulatory, and company compliance standards.
• Collects microbiological and product samples for testing and evaluation.
• Performs checks of product quality against specifications.
• Affixes to nonconforming products and materials.
• Assists with product improvement projects.
• Supports data verification and quality metrics reporting.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• One to two years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of workplace safety rules.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Good math skills.
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Firm problem-solving, organization, time-management, and critical thinking skills.
