Quality Associate II/III, QA

About the role

The Quality Associate II/III provides routine technical support for documentation, training, compliance, product release, scheduling, and related tasks, may coordinate work assignments and train other employees, and executes medium‑complexity assignments while ensuring batch‑related activities and cycle‑time releases are met.

Responsibilities

• Collect, review, and may analyze data; make independent decisions within a defined area.
• Address and resolve problems according to written procedures (SOPs) or practice.
• May supervise or train employees.
• Communicate effectively and promptly at all organizational levels, supporting department objectives and management decisions.
• Demonstrate high levels of value and integrity; follow cGMP and department safety practices.
• Perform batch‑related activities and meet cycle‑time releases; adapt to changing priorities.
• Act as author, reviewer, administrator, or coordinator in quality systems such as Change Control, Discrepancy Management, Quarantine, Batch Release, SAP, SAP Quality Module, Documentation.
• Provide Quality input for validation projects, capital engineering projects, clinical studies, stability studies, ETPs, and regulatory submissions.
• Represent Quality at business unit and project meetings (QA III).

Skills

• QA work experience, including experience reviewing BPRs.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented and very efficient.

Requirements

• QA II: BS/BA preferably in a STEM field with a minimum of 2 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• QA III: BS/BA preferably in a STEM field with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
