Quality Assurance Associate II/III

About the role

The Quality Assurance Associate II/III is responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our products through rigorous testing and compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SOPs for testing procedures
• Perform and document testing of raw materials and finished products
• Conduct stability studies to ensure product shelf life
• Review and approve batch records and release products for market
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues
• Prepare and present quality assurance reports to management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, etc.)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in QA/QC in the pharmaceutical industry
• Experience with cGMP regulations and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of statistical analysis tools

Skills

• Statistical Analysis Software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• Quality Management Systems (QMS) knowledge
• Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) compliance

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
