Quality Assurance Associate II

About the role

This position is responsible for monitoring compliance, reviewing documentation, and ensuring adherence to established standards. Candidates should have strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to identify and report process deviations. Experience with quality checks, data review, and regulatory compliance will be considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of quality standards within a print/mail environment
• Sampling the quality of work for all clients
• Entering data from prepared materials into our QMS system
• Collaborating with the QC team to achieve productivity targets
• Providing support during audits, client visits, and upholding high quality standards

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Must live within 25 miles radius from onsite location
• Must have a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must be able to successfully pass a background check and drug screening

Qualifications

• Previous working experience with Microsoft Word and Excel and some data entry
• Effective and accurate written and verbal communication skills
• Strong work ethic

Pay

Pay rate starts at $17 per hour, which may be below your state’s minimum wage. Please take this into consideration when applying.

Schedule

Work Schedule: Sunday-Thursday 2:00pm-10:30pm
