Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, serves as a resource, educates center staff, audits assessment processes, and drives the best practices to ensure regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a RN (Registered Nurse)
- Minimum of 3 years in Long Term Care
- Experience with a multi-facility organization
- Expert knowledge of MDS 3.0, RAI guidelines, ICD 10 coding, and federal reimbursement systems
- Strong auditing, analytical, and communication skills
- Strong leadership and organization skills
- Effective oral and written communication skills
