Quality and Compliance Intern

Responsibilities
- Aid in conducting internal Quality Audits to uphold our ISO and CMMI certifications.
- Analyze current processes, pinpoint inefficiencies, and implement improvements.
- Collaborate with Shared Services teams to develop an AI-driven Compliance Matrix Dashboard in SharePoint.
- Support Program Management by creating and maintaining the Process Asset Library (PAL).
Qualifications
- A degree in Business Administration or Project Management is preferred.
- Experience as a Process Engineer is preferred.
- Experience working in a professional setting is required.
- Must reside in a HUBZone; check eligibility here.
