This is a full-time, on-site position based at Electronic Caregiver's corporate headquarters in Las Cruces, New Mexico. Regular in-person attendance is required; this role is not eligible for remote or hybrid work.
About the role
The Data Analytics Specialist will support the organization’s data-driven initiatives. Reporting to the Director of Data Analytics, the specialist will analyze data, create reports, and offer actionable insights to improve operational processes and align with strategic goals. Work is performed under general supervision, with the expectation of good judgment and discretion within established procedures.
Responsibilities
- Analyze data to provide actionable insights that drive decision-making across the organization.
- Create reports to support operational and strategic goals.
- Turn complex data into meaningful insights for stakeholders.
Requirements
- Strong technical skills in data analysis and reporting.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Experience with database visualization tools and Excel.
- Understanding of data governance standards, including HIPAA compliance.
