Quality Analyst – Inspector

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Analyst – Inspector to join our Supplier Quality Management team across North America.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first line of defense to protect production, ensuring supplier issues are detected early and contained before impacting operations.
• Assigned to suppliers and regularly travel to manufacturing sites to perform on-site quality oversight.
• Perform source inspections at supplier sites to validate product conformity.
• Implement and validate containment actions to protect production flow.
• Ensure proper traceability and documentation of non-conformances.
• Identify potential risks early and escalate quality concerns proactively.
• Support rapid decision-making to minimize operational disruptions.

Requirements

• Hold a technical degree (Engineering or Aerospace preferred).
• Experience in manufacturing or supplier quality inspection.
• Strong technical expertise and attention to detail.
• Hands-on, field-oriented, and comfortable working on-site at suppliers.
• Able to make fast, sound decisions in dynamic environments.
• Flexible and available for frequent travel.
• 5 years of experience.
