Quality Analyst Engineer

About the role
This role is onsite at our Clyde Manufacturing Facility in Clyde, OH. The Quality Analyst is responsible for leading themselves and technicians to drive premium product quality by implementing quality control programs to respond to internal and external customer quality concerns and driving continuous improvement across all manufacturing processes and product design parameters.
Responsibilities
- Solve problems with product quality using root cause analysis and implementing countermeasures
- Coordinate technician activities across all shifts to complete critical quality control reaction plans including hold orders and reworks
- Lead Quality Control continuous improvement activities and problem-solving methodology
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 6+ months of manufacturing experience (experience may include co-ops or internships)
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years of quality or engineering experience in a manufacturing facility
- OpEx, Six Sigma Black Belt, or similar statistical analysis certifications
- PFMEA, Control Plan, and Cpk/CPM experience
