Job Summary
The Quality Assurance Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the quality and compliance of actuator products. This position is responsible for managing quality records, coordinating training, and leading corrective action initiatives. The analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all quality standards are met throughout the actuator manufacturing process.Key Responsibilities (Including but not limited to)
- Managing the Quality Records Process
- Coordinating Qualifications and Training of Personnel
- Chairing the Corrective Actions Review Board
- QA Review and Approval of Purchase Orders
- Conducting Inspections
Required Qualifications
- Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, or related field
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in a manufacturing or actuator-related industry
- Certifications: ISO 9001 Internal Auditor Certification preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with actuator manufacturing processes
- Familiarity with ERP systems and quality management software

- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking
