Quality Analyst

Essential Functions

• Gather, analyze, and interpret data using statistical techniques
• Synthesize data from various systems to produce ongoing reports for informed decision-making
• Conduct root cause and failure modes analyses to guide quality improvement projects
• Lead the implementation of databases, data collection systems, and analytics strategies for optimized efficiency and quality
• Maintain confidentiality at all times in accordance with applicable regulations
• Collaborate with the quality team and department leaders to integrate improvement science methodologies for continuous performance improvement
• Attend and lead meetings as assigned
• Provide analytical support across diverse projects
• Attend conferences and educational forums as approved

Requirements

• Required Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in data analytics, system dynamics, statistics, quality assurance, and/or improvement science

Preferred Education And Experience

• Associate degree or higher
• SQL, CPQH, Six Sigma, Lean, Data Analytics, or similar certification
• Experience in healthcare settings
