Essential Functions
- Gather, analyze, and interpret data using statistical techniques
- Synthesize data from various systems to produce ongoing reports for informed decision-making
- Conduct root cause and failure modes analyses to guide quality improvement projects
- Lead the implementation of databases, data collection systems, and analytics strategies for optimized efficiency and quality
- Maintain confidentiality at all times in accordance with applicable regulations
- Collaborate with the quality team and department leaders to integrate improvement science methodologies for continuous performance improvement
- Attend and lead meetings as assigned
- Provide analytical support across diverse projects
- Attend conferences and educational forums as approved

Requirements
- Required Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in data analytics, system dynamics, statistics, quality assurance, and/or improvement science
Preferred Education And Experience
- Associate degree or higher
- SQL, CPQH, Six Sigma, Lean, Data Analytics, or similar certification
- Experience in healthcare settings
