About the role
Perform analytical chemistry and microbiological testing to support enzyme production for diverse industrial applications. Prepare chemical reagents and microbiological media following standardized lab procedures. Manage and track samples, ensuring proper identification, storage, and documentation. Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment such as pH meters, auto analyzers, HPLCs, autoclaves, and pipettes. Ensure accuracy and integrity of test data through proper documentation and data entry. Support quality control processes by identifying deviations and escalating issues as needed. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and laboratory efficiency efforts. Assist in managing and executing special projects and quality programs.
Responsibilities

- Absorb and execute special projects and quality programs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related field OR 3–5 years of experience in a quality or production laboratory
- Hands-on experience with analytical and microbiological testing techniques
- Familiarity with aseptic techniques and general laboratory safety practices
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry and reporting
- Ability to follow standardized procedures and maintain compliance with quality standards
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot lab equipment and processes
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with analytical and microbiological testing techniques
- Familiarity with HPLC or advanced analytical instrumentation
- Experience supporting audits or working in regulated environments
Skills
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry and reporting
- Ability to follow standardized procedures and maintain compliance with quality standards
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
