Qualified Professional / Group Home Manager
About the role
The Residential team is seeking a compassionate, caring, and dedicated Qualified Mental Health Professional (QP) to lead a team of caregivers as the Residential Group Home Manager. The home is located in a lovely neighborhood in Lenoir, NC.
Responsibilities
- Provide supervision and oversight of services for the residents of the home.
- Participate in the provision and development of structured care plans to individuals.
- Hire, train, and develop direct support staff.
- Supervise and monitor direct support staff and individuals served.
- Affirm compliance with policies and procedures.
- Manage attendance and complete required training.
- Ensure quality services that support individuals' health, safety, and welfare.
- Collaborate with families and external entities.
Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of different therapeutic approaches and techniques as applied in a group home setting.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems during crises.
- Bachelor’s Degree from an approved accredited institution in a Human Services program.
- Qualifications for a NC mental health qualified professional.
- Valid driver's license, good driving record, and current auto insurance.

Pay

Schedule
A typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm with flexibility to accommodate for house and resident needs.
