About the role

The Residential team is seeking a compassionate, caring, and dedicated Qualified Mental Health Professional (QP) to lead a team of caregivers as the Residential Group Home Manager. The home is located in a lovely neighborhood in Lenoir, NC.

Responsibilities

  • Provide supervision and oversight of services for the residents of the home.
  • Participate in the provision and development of structured care plans to individuals.
  • Hire, train, and develop direct support staff.
  • Supervise and monitor direct support staff and individuals served.
  • Affirm compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Manage attendance and complete required training.
  • Ensure quality services that support individuals' health, safety, and welfare.
  • Collaborate with families and external entities.

Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of different therapeutic approaches and techniques as applied in a group home setting.
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems during crises.
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an approved accredited institution in a Human Services program.
  • Qualifications for a NC mental health qualified professional.
  • Valid driver's license, good driving record, and current auto insurance.

Pay

A competitive salary along with a full benefit package for benefits eligible positions.

Schedule

A typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm with flexibility to accommodate for house and resident needs.
