Qualified Professional / Group Home Manager
About the role
The Residential team is seeking a compassionate, caring, and dedicated Qualified Mental Health Professional (QP) to lead a team of caregivers as the Residential Group Home Manager.
Responsibilities
- Provide supervision and oversight of services for the residents of the home.
- Participate in the provision and development of structured care plans to individuals.
- Hiring, training and development, supervision and monitoring, compliance over direct support staff and individuals served are essential components of this role.
- Ensure quality services that support individuals' health, safety, and welfare while collaborating with families and external entities.
- Accountable for adhering to policies, managing attendance, and completing required training.
Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of different therapeutic approaches and techniques as well as their practical application in a group home setting.
- Able to work independently, adept at problem solving and de-escalation in times of crisis.
- Proof of Bachelor’s Degree from an approved accredited institution in a Human Services program.
- Mental Health Qualified Professional (MHQP) license in North Carolina.
- Valid driver's license, a good driving record and current auto insurance.

Pay
Earn a competitive salary along with a full benefit package for benefits eligible positions.
Schedule
Typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm with flexibility to accommodate for house and resident needs.
