About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of developers and leading software development projects.
Responsibilities
- Oversee project timelines and ensure timely delivery of software solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for software products.
- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members.
- Identify and implement best practices in software development and testing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software development and management.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Git, and Jenkins.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop a team.
Qualifications
- Experience with software development languages and frameworks such as Java, Python, and React.
- Knowledge of database systems and SQL.
- Understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
