Responsibilities

  • Administer medications in accordance with state regulations and company policies
  • Provide direct care and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
  • Maintain accurate documentation of care and medication administration
  • Monitor residents' conditions and report any changes to the nursing team
  • Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and team members

Requirements

  • Valid Indiana QMA license
  • Insulin Certification
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in senior living or related setting
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Pay

$20.60–$24.72/hour (credit for experience) + $1 shift differential

Schedule

Part-time overnight position working 11:00 PM–7:00 AM, three shifts per week, including every other weekend
