About The Role
We're looking for a warm, confident and collaborative Educator to join our team on the Northern Beaches. You'll support the room's daily rhythm, support intentional teaching, and help create a nurturing, play‑based environment where children feel safe, supported and inspired to learn.
About Our Fairlight, Fairlight 2 And Brookvale Campuses
Our purpose‑built campuses offer bright, age‑based indoor learning spaces and spacious outdoor areas designed for exploration, movement and imaginative play. What We're Looking For
- Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or ACECQA‑approved equivalent)
- Must be able to work full time on a rotating roster
- Strong understanding of the EYLF and National Quality Framework
- Passion for creating meaningful, play‑based learning experiences
- A positive, collaborative approach to teamwork
