About the role
This position is full-time, non-exempt (hourly), and reports to the Program Manager. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team in our school-based program in Springdale, providing services to children and families.
Responsibilities
- Provide services to persons with mental illness as defined by the treatment plan, including behavioral assistance, child and youth support services, crisis stabilization, adult rehabilitative day, life skills development, partial hospitalization, and other support services.
- Function as part of a multidisciplinary team and communicate client progress to the team.
- Provide timely and quality documentation of clinical services.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, sociology, child development, education, or a related field preferred.
- Previous work with children and families in an educational setting preferred.
- Attention to detail and effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work as part of a treatment team.
