Qualified Behavioral Health Provider I - Park Place Clinic

About the role

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with children and families in a behavior health setting. Required qualifications include a high school diploma, recent college graduates or current students in the field of psychology, social work, or a related Human Service field, and 1-2 years' experience working with children and families. This position is classified as full-time, non-exempt (hourly), and reports to the Program Manager.

Responsibilities

• Provide services to persons with mental illness as defined by the treatment plan such as behavioral assistance, child and family support services, crisis stabilization, adult rehabilitative day, life skills development, partial hospitalization, and other support services.
• Function as part of a multidisciplinary team and communicate client progress to the team.
• Provide timely and quality documentation of clinical services.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, sociology, child development, education, or a related field is preferred.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to multitask.
• The ability to work as part of a treatment team.

Pay

Hourly pay is provided for this full-time, non-exempt position.

Schedule

Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
