Key Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of multiple restaurants within the assigned geographic area
- Train, coach, and support managers and staff to meet performance and service standards
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, cleanliness, and health regulations as outlined by Subway and the state
- Drive sales growth and profitability using performance reports and KPIs
- Recruit, train, and develop shift leaders, assistant managers, and restaurant managers
- Conduct regular store visits to assess operations and implement improvements
- Support local and national marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with ownership and fellow district managers to share best practices
Key Job Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of multi-unit operational management experience in QSR or hospitality
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Demonstrated ability to hire, train, and develop staff
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to manage P&L, analyze performance metrics, and achieve targets
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between store locations
- Able to stand, walk, bend and perform in-store tasks as needed (up to 30 lbs lifting)
