About the role

The Quality Program team supports delivery quality by providing objective, timely, and actionable feedback to engagement teams and facilitating the identification of systemic quality issues across industries and offering portfolios. We welcome candidates with strong transferrable skills and a diverse professional background. Prior QRM experience is not required.

Responsibilities

  • Oversight and contextual ownership of industry engagements
  • Support the highest risk projects in an industry using all available tools and data
  • Equip Risk Managers with real-time information during discussions with engagement leaders
  • Track, monitor, and escalate early warning indicators through Quality processes in DEP, red review calls, and active engagement with industry
  • Orchestrate Industry updates on Cost of Quality (CoQ) data and trends as applicable
  • Keep Engagement Status Notes updated for high-risk engagements with simple facts about the issue and what is being done to solve it
  • Communicate and coordinate back with the Quality Excellence Leader (QEL) and Quality Analytics and Enablement Manager on the biggest issues, equipping them with necessary updates to maintain relationships with Quality and Risk leaders
  • Own CoQ Root Cause management and continual refinement of categories, in partnership with Risk Manager / Finance
  • Manage bi-directional relationships with Risk Managers and Industry Finance Risk Leaders
  • Understand and socialize escalating financial risks that may impact delivery quality

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, or engagement oversight
  • BBA/BA/BS in related field
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship

Qualifications

  • Masters' Degree in related field a plus

Pay

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $95,600 - $188,400.
