About the role
The Quality Program team supports delivery quality by providing objective, timely, and actionable feedback to engagement teams and facilitating the identification of systemic quality issues across industries and offering portfolios. This role works closely with Quality and Risk leaders, Finance Risk Leaders, and other stakeholders to maintain visibility into engagement health, support risk-related discussions, and help ensure quality issues are tracked, communicated, and addressed.
Responsibilities
- Oversight and contextual ownership of industry engagements
- Supporting the highest risk projects in an industry using all available tools and data
- Equipping Risk Managers with real-time information during discussions with engagement leaders
- Tracking, monitoring, and escalating early warning indicators through Quality processes in DEP, red review calls, and active engagement with industry
- Orchestrating Industry updates on Cost of Quality (CoQ) data and trends as applicable
- Updating Engagement Status Notes for high-risk engagements with simple facts about the issue and what is being done to solve it
- Communicating and coordinating with the Quality Excellence Leader (QEL) and Quality Analytics and Enablement Manager on the biggest issues
- Managing CoQ Root Cause management and continually refining categories in partnership with the Risk Manager/Finance
- Supporting the design and testing of system and reporting enhancements that optimize Quality Program operations
- Managing bi-directional relationships with Risk Managers, QEL, and Quality Analytics and Enablement Manager
- Serving as the primary QRM liaison with Industry Finance Risk Leaders to understand and socialize escalating financial risks that may impact delivery quality
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, or engagement oversight
- BBA/BA/BS in related field
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship
- Masters' Degree in related field preferred
