QNXT Benefit Configuration Analyst

About the role

Remote position responsible for configuring and testing QNXT benefits during initial setup and annual renewal cycles.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and implement complex benefit designs (multi-tier copay, service codes, copays, deductibles, etc.)
• Perform data validation and troubleshooting using Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL)
• Utilize expertise in QNXT core modules: Benefit Config, Claims, Enrollment, and Authorization
• Support benefit configuration processes for commercial health plans
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in benefit setups and modifications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve configuration issues and optimize benefit solutions
