Configuration Analyst

Essential Functions

• Gather, evaluate and organize customer requirements and translate to appropriate portal configurations
• Analyze inbound data files and ensure data integrity
• SME (subject matter expert) for existing and new configuration options (for multiple applications)
• Documentation and Training for existing and new configuration options
• Documentation and maintaining customer configuration profiles
• Working directly with Project Managers, Software Developers and Quality Assurance Analyst
• Some direct client communication is required

Minimum Requirements

• Specific Job Skills: Thorough knowledge of SDLC, SQL skills (ability to write and execute SQL queries), Great Attention to Detail and strong follow through skills, Excellent Customer Service Skills, Outstanding Communication skills (written and verbal), Experience coding and reviewing HTML / HTML 5, Highly motivated, self-directed individual with the ability to work effectively within a team, Excellent time management skills, Ability to manage multiple projects, responsibilities and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, Java, JSON, JavaScript, CSS, ACH (automated clearing house), EFT (electronic funds transfer), IVR (interactive voice response), ETL / Data Warehouse, Up to 10% travel may be required

Education

Qualified candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a minimum of two years’ experience with software development and/or Quality Assurance testing software applications.

Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from a variety of both internal and external sources.
