Stellar Senior Living is a premier assisted living and memory care provider in the Western United States. About the Role

Our QMAPs and Caregivers provide activities of daily living and other services to residents in accordance with their service plan. The Stellar way is through kindness, a gentle, friendly, and professional manner, while respecting residents' dignity and privacy.

Responsibilities

• Brighten residents' days with enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
• Provide compassionate care by assisting with daily activities, personal care, and household tasks while ensuring comfort and dignity.
• Foster meaningful relationships with residents and their families, offering companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with mobility, medication administration, and other healthcare needs in a professional and heartwarming manner.

• Willingness to work collaboratively with colleagues and residents.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Must have QMAP Certification.

Schedule

• Day Shift (6a - 2p): Full-time, 4 days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday) in Assisted Living and Memory Care.
• Evening Shift (2p - 10p): Part-time in Memory Care (Monday, Friday, and Saturday).
• Overnight Shift (10p - 6a): Full-time with 3 nights in Assisted Living and 2 nights in Memory Care (can also be split into 2 part-time positions).
• PRN: Cross-trained in Assisted Living and Memory Care; positions available on all shifts.
• Flexible schedules available for both part-time and full-time roles.
