Key Responsibilities

  • Administer prescribed medications accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Observe and report resident conditions, reactions, and changes to nursing staff.
  • Assist with daily living activities and provide support with basic care needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of medication administration and documentation.
  • Follow infection control and safety procedures to ensure resident well-being.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality care.

Qualifications

  • Current certification as a Medication Aide in the state of Colorado.
  • Active CNA certification required.
  • Previous experience in long-term care or similar healthcare setting preferred.
  • Strong communication and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
