About the role
Mercer Commons medication staff ensure residents receive prescribed medications safely and according to their care plans.
Responsibilities
- Follow resident care plans and physician’s orders
- Ensure resident safety and well-being
- Comply with Federal, State, and Local standards for community operation
- Incorporate Generations' Mission, Vision, and Values into daily work
Requirements
- Previous QMap experience preferred but not required
- Certification as a Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide plus
- CPR/First Aid certification available upon hire
- Pass pre-employment physical and background checks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
