Qualifications
- Previous experience as a QMap is preferred but not required.
- Certification as a Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide is a plus.
- CPR/First Aid certification training is available upon hire.
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and background checks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Schedule
- PRN/On-call (typically 16-24 hours per week).
- Part-time, Saturdays & Sundays 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm every other week, Mondays 4:30 pm - 8:30 pm every week, Wednesdays 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm every other week and Thursdays 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm every week.
- Full-time, Mondays through Wednesdays, Fridays and every other Saturday/Sunday, from 10:00 pm - 6:30 am.
- Full-time, Fridays through Tuesdays, from 6:00 am - 2:30 pm, beginning August 3, 2026.
- 8-Hour Shifts.
- Weekend and holiday availability preferred.
