About the role

The Nursing Schedule Coordinator is a key team member responsible for ensuring appropriate staffing levels meet at all times.

Responsibilities

  • Create staffing schedules that ensure quality nursing care provision.
  • Coordinate with the Executive Director and Director of Nursing to advise and communicate staffing needs and compliance with budgetary, State, and Federal guidelines.
  • Work towards a common goal of excellent care for residents through collaboration with team members.
  • Ensure quick, equitable, and courteous scheduling patterns and resolutions through strong interpersonal communication.

Requirements

  • Successful completion of a state-approved training program in medication administration.
  • Indiana QMA license.
  • Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
