About the role
The Nursing Schedule Coordinator is a key team member responsible for ensuring appropriate staffing levels meet at all times.
Responsibilities
- Create staffing schedules that ensure quality nursing care provision.
- Coordinate with the Executive Director and Director of Nursing to advise and communicate staffing needs and compliance with budgetary, State, and Federal guidelines.
- Work towards a common goal of excellent care for residents through collaboration with team members.
- Ensure quick, equitable, and courteous scheduling patterns and resolutions through strong interpersonal communication.
Requirements
- Successful completion of a state-approved training program in medication administration.
- Indiana QMA license.
- Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
