About the Role

The Nursing Schedule Coordinator is a key team member responsible for ensuring appropriate staffing levels are met at all times.

Responsibilities

  • Create staffing schedules that ensure the provision of quality nursing care.
  • Coordinate with the Executive Director and the Director of Nursing to advise and communicate staffing schedules and needs.
  • Ensure compliance with appropriate budgetary, State, and Federal guidelines.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure quick, equitable, and courteous scheduling patterns and resolutions.
  • Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents and team members.

Requirements

  • Successful completion of a state-approved training program in medication administration.
  • Indiana QMA or LPN license.
  • Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
